Lucas is a graduate from the Athletic and Exercise Therapy (BAET) program at Camosun College in Victoria B.C. Lucas has experience working with a range of athletes, from the weekend warrior up to national level rugby players. You will find Lucas using his knowledge of rehabilitation through a range of manual treatment and exercise therapy.
Lucas grew up snowboarding and playing competitive lacrosse, through which his love of sport and physical activity, as well as personal experience with multiple injuries led him to pursue Athletic Therapy. Lucas saw the value of exercise therapy first hand and wants to help everybody get back to their full potential.
Lucas works in a goal-oriented style helping you get back to sport or just every day life as quickly and safely as possible. Whatever the end goal, he is there to help along the way.

Maggie graduated from UBC with a degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. She worked for a year as a clinical kinesiologist before heading to Glasgow, Scotland to complete her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. She played varsity volleyball for one year during her schooling in the UK. Maggie has a special interest in treating female athletes and pelvic floor conditions, especially the peri natal and post partum community. Hanna Harrison graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in June 2023. Being a new grad she is excited to gain experience in this field of work, and has a lot of interest in chronic disease management & exercise rehabilitation. Over the last few months she has been working as Physical Therapy Assistant, helping and supporting clients through the rehabilitation process. She is currently in the process of obtaining her exercise physiologist certification (CSEP-CEP).

Kaitlyn (they/she) has spent a lifetime caring for people who have complicated, mysterious, and indirect healing to do. Supporting around chronic pain is a natural extension of this work; while pain plays an important role in alerting us to danger, it can be hard to live alongside pain in the long-term.
Grounded in a strong understanding of pain science, Kaitlyn uses a wide mix of tools to support with chronic pain. Sessions could include storytelling, parts work, imagination, body-based or somatic practices, adapted EMDR, and information about pain and how it works. Kaitlyn’s style of counselling has been described as warm and connective.
Kaitlyn has formally trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRTI and Jillian Wagg Counselling, 2025), Sex Therapy (University of Guelph, 2023), and trauma-focused therapies (Wilfrid Laurier University, 2022), along with many other approaches to healing. Alongside this formal learning, Kaitlyn reads extensively across disciplines, incorporating a wide variety of approaches into practices for meaningful change.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology as well as a Certification in Addiction Studies from Vancouver Island University. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from the University of Western Ontario. She is accredited as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).
Caitlin believes in fostering a safe and collaborative space for clients to share, process, and learn new information and skills.
